Qingzhou Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery all over the country. To enlarge production, we have built Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

The products are of a great variety including 500—20000m³/h large scale dredging and sand mining equipments (which includes hydraulic cutter suction type, hydraulic bucket wheel type, mechanical cutter suction type and suction type),gold panning dredger, iron extracting dredger, iron extracting equipments, sand sieving machines, crusher, weathering sand producing lines(break, rinsing and separating). All the products are with different sizes for customers’ choices. We can also design and produce special types of machinery according to customers’ requirements.

3.Spares and images for new sand mining vessel

This ship is a medium type hydraulic controlled,assembling cutter suction dredger. It is

used for river channel dredging,canal and water storage dredging. The dredging devices

are driven by hydraulic, concentrate controlled. The main ship body is made up of three

pontoons, which can be assembled when using. The operator cabin is dismountable,which

can lower the height of the ship when maneuvering and allow the ship to pass bridges.

When the ship is transferred long way or passing not conjunctive water areas,the ship

body can be dismounted and transported by trucks or trains. The ship can be fixed with

anchor casting pole,trolley.The cutter driving device use lub oil and floating seal.

Cutter head

For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material

Cr. for easy-wearing proof.

Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or

themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be

customer made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high

container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend

for time saving.

Cummins engine

Testing equipped on the discharge pipeline on the dredger. The dredger has Cummins

engine and hydraulic system for easily operation.

Hydraulic system

The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The

hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire

dredger. Lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven

by hydraulic motors.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training

your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

building and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.

Skilled workers & ex-work testing

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure

the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center

to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or

moving from one working site to another.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially,

Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang

Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for

shipping.

We have working site at home and abroad. Now there are products in stock,

welcome customers to visit and have a cooperation.

Note

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation, testing

and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at their

own cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
