RTM1200 new type vertical superfine grinder

The new type vertical superfine grinder with double power is the new equipment designed by our company on basis of digesting, assimilating the advanced technology of Japan, Taiwan and Germany. It works by rolling materials on the rotating grinding table(0-4mm) through grinding rollers, which bring rotating presses, to get fine powder (325-6000meshes). The main technology embodies in the full contact of the grinding roller, the grinding disc with the materials, and the classification accuracy of the classifying system. It is widely used to get superfine powder in the metallurgy, electric power, chemical, refractory industry, and especially nonmetal, such as ground limestone.

Application:

The new type vertical superfine grinder with double power is mainly applied to proceed the powder crushing manufacturing of the materials such as calcite, limestone, pyrophyllite, barite, fluorite, glaze, slag, wollastonite, kaolin, vermiculite, mica, feldspar, brucite, spores, potassium salt slag, garnet, quartz, ilmenite, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, dolomite, etc. And the vertical roller mill can also be used to the non-metal mining areas with the Mohs hardness of less than 7degree, such as mining metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, medicine, food, daily chemical, agriculture, building, and so on.
