Working principle

Dust contained gas goes into the ash hopper from the inlet (directly into the bag room if no ash hopper), gas flow break coming into the bag room, dust is blocked in the outer surface of the bag following with the filter, the purified gas enter into the upper box body through the bag interior, and discharged from the wind pipe by the fan. When the filter bag resistance is up to 1500~1800Pa, pulse programming controller gives commands and instructions, the pulse valve release the compressed air in the open instant of pulse valve. Compressed air crush into the filter bad with high speed through holes of Blowing tube, while guide the secondary air flow which is several times of the compressed air, generate instantaneous shock wave to make the filter bag expansion deformation, dust gathered in the filter bag out fall off out from the filter bag, achieve the ash cleaning purpose. SD series blowing pulse bag dust collector is mainly composed of box body, bag room, fan, blowing system, ash removal control instrument, hopper, legs etc.

Structure characteristics

Adopting two tops side door, filter bag overhaul and replacement is more convenient, if the top space position is limited, the bag replacing difficulty can be solved by using double or multiple bag cage, bag seat and the Venturi tube are fixed by threaded connection with the bag, bag cage and bag seat are fastened connected.
