Brief introduction:

This machine is the ring die pellet press. The die is vertical and the roller spins to press the raw materials.

It is large capacity for production line. The line ussally has the crushing, drying, mixing, pellet making, cooling and packing processes.

It can press various kinds of raw materials in to the feed pellet and the capacity varies according to the raw materials.

Advantages of our machine:

1)This machine is especially designed to press the sawdust and fodder grass into the pellets. It is equipped with the forced feed device to mix the raw materials and it can make the raw materials go into the forming form evenly.

2)High precision gear transfer. The output is 20% higher than belt transfer.

3)SKF( Sweden) bearings and NAK oil seal to make the machine run with good, reliable performance and low noise. The forming room is equipped with the hot air sucking system to cool the roller and dies.

4)Forced feeding device is equipped with the frequency regulation E-motor. It can control the input of the raw materials.

5)Various sizes of the dies for your reference. They are made of super stainless steel with long application life. The pellets are smooth and have high quality.

6) Our machine is equipped with the overload protection device. If the machine is overload or some other objects go into the machine, the device will function to stop the machine running.

7) The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape shaft coupling. It has the novel, compact structure with low noise.
