Model SY096 Spoon or Fork Packaging and Cutting Machine

The machine is designed to package different shapes of straight shank spoon or forks. The machine is mainly composed of feeding-in system, aligning system, hot sealing device, hauling device, cutting device, driver system, film place, feeding out and conveyer system and electric controller. The machine is fully automatic and the process of the machine is: align spoons or forks with the film, seal the spoon or forks in row, cut them into individual packages. As nearly all the shapes of spoons or forks from our customers are different, so the machines is usually customized for each particular customer.
