MW5 High-frequency Series Electromagnetic Lifting Equipment for Lifting Scraps

Applications:

Electromagnetic Lifting Equipment Series MW5 is suitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls and kinds of steel scraps.

Features:

1. Duty Cycle is 75% with high operation frequency. The working efficiency and operation speed have improved greatly, compared with the standard series.

2. It adopts the control mode of strong excitation (DC-290V/ DC-200V), which can improve the lifting capacity greatly.

3. Large-sized lifting Magnet can adopt the control mode of over excitation (DC-350V/ DC-290V/ DC-200V), which can increase the current speed and play stronger lifting capacity.

Three types for option:

1. Normal temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps.

2. High frequency type (DC-220V TD-75%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps in high frequency use.

3. High temperature type (DC-220V TD-60): for lifting high temperature steel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperature environment.

Note:

Rectifying Control Equipmentis rused to ectify the AC power to suitable DC power and control the operation of the Lifting Magnet.

Cable Reelis used to coil the cable automatically for the Lifting Magnet.

Cable Connectoris used to connect the cable between Lifting Electromagnet and Cable Reel.
