JetexLloyd's always cares for the improvement of air quality. We cooperated with Japan Seibu Giken to improve the technology of rotary wheel dehumidifying. Our dehumidifiers have been applied in pharmaceutical industry, such as Qiaoguang Pharmacy Factory, Tianxin Pharmaceutical and Amway. We have provided industrial dehumidifiers for many famous enterprises like Foxconn, Hsufuchi, Shenzhen Ricoh, Strongfood and Wrigley. The dew point temperature of our low dew point dehumidifier can reach below -60°C, offer reliable operating conditions for users, and improve the quality of products. In addition, through constant R&D, we have developed energy-saving dehumidifying system, applicable to the places where are rich in low temperature, such as hydraulic power plant. The system has been granted with an invention patent (rotary wheel dehumidifying system, patent No. 200810029440.4).

DCW dehumidifier can deal with high temperature & humidity air through advanced technology, and its common operation can reach the low humidity requirement which cannot be met by frozen dehumidifying.

DCW unit has a complete structure, mainly including (to be selected by customers):
1. JD rotary wheel section (including, drying rotary wheel, regeneration blower, regeneration heater, regeneration filter, treatment blower and regeneration valve)
2. Treatment blower section
3. Front surface cooling section
4. Initial filtration section of treated wind
5. Blended air section
6. Rear surface cooling section
7. Middle & high efficiency filtration section of air treatment (optional)
8. Electric control panel (box)

Structure and characteristics of DCW combined dehumidification unit
Unique structural design

Made of high-intensity aluminum alloy sections connected with higher molecular reinforced resin bend angles, together with clamping parts and double-side wall panel, the DCW series dehumidifier units is provided with high intensity, light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, good gas tightness, flexible unit structure, and is easy to remove and install at the site. Casing wall panel and access door with sandwich structure, with thickness of 25~40mm, of which, foam polyurethane of high intensity (40kg/m3) is put between internal and external wall panel. Deformation will surely not occur when casing wall panel is under high air pressure. Additionally, the panel also has excellent gas tightness and moisture retention, and the adiabatic coefficient K of foam polyurethane is 0.016w/m.k.

Regeneration heater is divided into electric heater and steam heater, with adjustable valve of regeneration air volume. Steam heater has high heat exchange efficiency, small volume, and is easy to install.

Inlet of regeneration air is provided with aluminum filter, drawer-type design can make the filter easy to maintain while ensuring overall look of unit.

Lock with key can be configured in unit maintenance door as required by customer, to ensure safety of unit.
