Candle Making Machine

We supply different kinds of candle making machines, which produce different types of candles. We also supply the Candle Wick Cutting Machine.

1. ALS Multifunctional Candle Making Machine:

This kind of machine can produce all types of candles with different specifications, such as pillar candle, cup candle, floating ball candle, candle with the carved designs, oval candle, tealight candle, special shaped votive candle, round candle and so on. Its production capacity is 3000 pcs/h. Diameter of the candle is from 30mm to 50mm. Height of the candle is from 12mm to 15mm.

2. Pillar Candle Making Machine:

Candle Specification:

ALS2-4: Max DIA: 2 inches; Max Height: 4 inches

ALS3-6: Max DIA: 3 inches; Max Height: 6 inches.

ALS4-9: Max DIA: 4 inches; Max Height: 9 inches.

ALS6-9: Max DIA: 6 inches; Max Height: 9 inches.

3. Tealight Candle Making Machine: (tealight candle with flat base making machine)

The machine applies to produce the tealight candle with flat base.

Candle Specification: Weight: 10-23g; DIA: 20-38mm; Height: 12-25mm;

Production Capacity: 7700 pcs/h.

4.ALS-10 Semi-automatic Pouring Candle Machine:

The product consists of carrying trap, pour-in box, wax-melting box and smoothing box.

And it is suitable for the containers≤Φ110mm and Height≤250mm to pour-in.

Its Production Capacity is 3800pcs/h. The machine is operated by PLC.

5. We also supply the Candle Wick Cutting Machine and Molding Candle Machine.
