Descriptions

Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder is widely applied in metallurgy, coal, mechanism, construction, light industry, provision, etc. In the production process, it is used to feed the massive, granular, powdery material from the storage silo or hopper into the receiving device quantitative, uniform, continuous. Compare to other feeding device, it has following features:

1. The electrical control adopt half-wave rectifier. It could adjust the feeding amount with no class. And it could be used in automatic controlled production process, to achieve the automation of production process.

2. Without rotary parts, no need lubrication, simple structure, easy maintenance.

3. The materials trough is made of alloy steel plate. The feeder is applicable to transport heat, wear severely and corrosive materials, etc.

Equipments selection

1. Main frame selection

Upper vibrating type	1.6	Used under the situation that the configuration space is not enough. The other is the same as Basic type.
Closed type	1.6	The feeding of the friable particles, large dust and volatile material.
Light trough type	1.0	The feeding of the relatively low specific gravity material.
Flat trough type	Given by blending conditions	The uniform feeding of thin material layer
Wide trough type	Given by blending conditions	Mainly applied for coal beneficiation. And also could be used for screening equipments feeding.

When the actual bulk weight is more or less above weight, the productivity is converted by actual material bulk weight.

For the -1mm material, the conveying speed will decline. The humid sticky material which with 10% water couldn't be conveyed. When the material layer exceed a certain value, it will hinder the normal feeding. The recommended material thickness H=(1/3~1/4) trough height.

2.Control box

There are two functions of the control box: manual control and automatic control. The automatic control signal is 0~5V or ~20mA. As the basic electric circuit of the control box, it adopt advanced phase shift trigger to control the solid state relay as the main circuit rectifier control component. It is good reliability, long lifetime. And it is a new type control circuit. The control box divided into two type: hanging type and desk-top type. Please specify when ordering.
