This kind of feeder usually used as fine ore feeding

Swaying feeders are widely used in mining. In the mining line, swaying feeder is generally installed in front of the grinding equipment. It can send the ore to ball mill evenly and continuously.

Swaying feeder can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole milling plant.

Notes: The motor can be replaced by speed adjustment motor to adjust the feeding capacity according to the customers’ requirements.

Working principle

The device is generally installed in the hopper lower part of the discharge, the materials landed in the body. While working, the motor drives reducer through coupler, and through eccentric disk so that the equipment be placed back and forth movement, which is expected to complete the regulated feed. By adjusting the eccentric plate on the scale, the charge is adjustable.

How to operate and maintain the equipment
