Jaw Crusher is one of the most common crushing equipment. It is mainly applied in crushing the material with the compressive strength under 320Mpa. This jaw crusher is usually used in the field of mining, metallurgy, road & railway construction, water conservancy, chemical industry and so on.

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher :

The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Use of jaw crusher:

(1) Start feeding after checking that the machine works well.
(2) Evenly put the material into the machine, and avoid putting material from the side or feeding too much to avoid over feeding, sudden load change or being blocked.
(3) Stop feeding before stopping machine. Stop motor after all materials discharged.
(4) Stop the motor if there is any stagnancy due to the blocking up of material inside the machine.
(5) The other side can be used if one side of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate are worn.
(6) Check all fixed parts before starting to use and tighten the part if it is loosening.
