Summary of Agitation tank

RJ pre-flotation agitating tank agitator is of new structure first designed at home and abroad according to production practice. Ore Inside the tank is installed central core receiving recirculation drum. Its application process is: add reagent continuously before pre-flotation; get the reagent to be dissolved in the slurry, coal slurry and non-metallic slurry; and mix them evenly. Such agitating tank can also be used in other similar technological processes.

Slurry can be directly fed into the recirculation drum from the upper part and middle part. The reagent is filled to the recirculation cylinder from the upper part at the same time. It is intensively mixed with slurry under the action of vane, and is then involved in flotation from the overflow vent.
