This is a continuous vacuum evaporation equipment. It can raise the total solid content of milk and make milk taste better. With automatic operation and a compact design, so its cubage is smaller. It can efficiently evaporate, It can be connected to a pasteurizer.

The equipment consists of a vacuum chamber, liquid-ring vacuum pump, plate heat exchanger for hot water heated milk, plate exchanger for heating milk, a set of device for cooling and condensing steam from milk, condensed water drain system and used PID or PLC automatic control system for level of milk in vacuum tank.

It adapt to evaporate ≤ 14% water from milk once time.

Material: all SS 304 or SS 316L
