When dusty gas entry into the entrance of the removable dust collector, through diversion pipe into each unit room,under the function of the diversion device, after separate the bigger dust particles then directly drop into the hopper. The other dust particles along with airflow well-distributied into each filtering area rooms’filter-bag. When dusty gas pass through the filter-bag,cosequently dust was adsorbed on the filter-bag.At last purified gas get out from the filter bag.

1.Fan need to regular check,maintenance,bearing need to add lubrication of butter once a week. Chec0k the belt tightness degree at any time,when found the belt is too loose,motor tensioning screw can be adjusted to the best level.Check the fan whether has something adhere to in it.If has,should be clean up.Such an approach can be avoid the fan vibration to cause damage and its longevity.

2. Before stop use the machine,at first close the front tuyeres in the duct,leave 2-3 back tuyeres, in order to clean up residual dust in the duct.Start from the back,close one back tuyere,open one front tuyere.And so on, wind concretated to back to front to clean up residual dust,avoid block the duct.

3.The dust in the dust bag need to clean up at regular,check the dust collector whether the ash outlet has block.If yes must be clean up immediatelym avoid because of block cause the dust get out of the central tube.
