Applications:

This machine is used to make compacted cylinder shape briquettes of different size from various metallic dust such as cast iron, steel, aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium, olybdenum etc, without using binder, to reduce burning loss in smelting, to make recyling and smelting easy.

1. Electrical part adopts hydraulic drive system with high integrated valve block to achieve less pressure loss and better seal performance.

2. perfect hydraulic system with Cartridge Valves, Electrohydraulic Proportional Valve and unique design of oil control device, thus can ensure the system stability even under long term and heavy workload.

3. pre-discharging design to release the hydraulic shock

4. Electrical part adopts PLY fully atutomatic control system with high anti-interference ability and low malfunction rate.

5. horizontal design with integral steel structure to ensure good stability, no need to use food screws for fixing.
