This is our DXD-300 packing machine

1. Filler distributor is measuring cup of 304(18/10) stainless steel against rust. Filling methods is the filler slips from measuring cup. If the measuring cup is fully filled with filler material, which means that measurement reach to the gram weight we want to fill into bag.

2. Full 304 stainless steel design 100% against rust and reach higher sanitary. There some manufacturers use color painted house. The paint coat on surface easy comes off. If drop into bag, it is awkward.

3. Machine operation is controlled by microcomputer with English button. Automatic adjustment of bag length and filling range is by microcomputer. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate.

4. Photocell controller of cursor positioning system test film operation to make film moving not out

of track.

5. Buffer design, for not bursting package bag, this design is for big volume filler and makes buffer efficiency to the force of big volume and heavy filler falling.
