The VacuPowerlift is the efficient answer to almost any handling problem. No matter if you need to stack cardboard boxes, steel or wooden plates, load drums, lay stone slabs or even transport whole machines the VacuPowerlift offers an intelligent solution for almost any task.

At the same time you can literally kill two birds with one stone.

Because the VacuPowerlift requires only one medium for engagement and lifting of the load: vacuum.

Our highest goal when we further developed this series was the convenience of the operator. By simple and ergonomic placement of the operation elements on the VacuPowerlift, and the new, low-noise blowers even the lifting of heavy loads is real fun!

Safety

The VacuPowerlift is a closed system and requires no additional safety units, like electric warning units etc. The relation between suction area and suction tube guarantees that the loads keep engaged to the suction foot with adequate safety. Even in case of a power failure the loads do not simply fall off. An integrated non-return valve takes care that engaged loads are lowered to the flower safely and controlled before they disengage from the suction foot.

Ergonomic Handling

Easy control of the VacuPowerlifts guarantees a flawless operation right from the beginning. Two possible control units are available.

Control unit with tilting lever:

Press the handle upwards -the VacuPowerliftlifts the load.

Press the handle downwards the VacuPowerlift lowers the load.

Control unit with turning lever:

Here you control theVacuPowerlift similar to driving a motorbike:

Turn it forwards –the load is lifted.

Turn it backwards – the load is lowered.

Individual Adjustment

Various extensions for the control units allow an optimal adjustment to your individual requirements.

- Rigid extensions

for the handling of large parts like plates, big cardboard boxes,…

-Angle extensions

for stacking loads on high levels. The extension joint can be adjusted to working position at any time and the loads can be maneuvered easily and safety.
