General introduction:

Magnesia ceramic foam filter is just used for purifying molten magnesium alloy. The magnesium alloy is more active than any other nonferrous metals, the high temperature molten magnesium alloy can easily react with the main material of ceramic foam filter. such as SiO and Al₂O₃will be integrated into the molten magnesium alloy to form harmful inclusions.

Using scope:

Magnesia ceramic foam filter is just used for purifying molten magnesium alloy, improve the intrinsic quality of magnesium alloy.

We can produce round, square and other geometric shapes of magnesia ceramic foam filter.Sizes from 40mm to 200mm, thickness from 10mm to 50mm, bore density from 10PPI-40PPI.

We can produce according to customer requirements of different shapes, sizes and bore density.
