Description:

- It is adjusted by PLC computer system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators.
- It requires 2 or 3 dimensional hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm. NOTE: The user should ask for confirmation from the seller before change the fillings.
- The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different production size and filling quantity for each pillow case from each filling slot separately.
- High opening rate for 98% up without hurting the fiber.
- The rollers are made by V-wire with long life and less maintenance.
