Introduction of template crusher:

1. This machine is designed to crush waste particle board, wooden board with nails, waste construction board, wooden goods shelf& pallet, bamboo plywood, large waste wooden board, wood scrap etc.
2. It processes materials with hitting hammer ,screw conveyor, draught fan and screen mesh. The screen mesh is processing kind(8mm-12mm) so that materials come out as big as a matchstick.
3. Crusher, screw conveyor and draught fan respectively uses 55kw 4-level motor,2.2kw 2-level motor and 5.5kw 2-level motor resulting in strong breaking power.
4. The crushing machine with removing nails function and the one not afraid of nails are have different structures and effects: the former crushes waste wooden board, square timber, wooden pallet etc as sawdust once with nails and sawdust separated; the latter only mixes nails and material, not separate.
5. Widely used in waste wooden material recycling, waste construction rubbish, wood furniture scrap, furnace burning material, bamboo plywood processing etc.
