Introduction
The bars vibrating feeder system uses a vibration motor as vibration source. The machine is used before crusher as the evenly feeding of bulk materials. At the same time, because of the bars screen, dirt and other fine material on the surface can be weed out . It is suitable for the hydropower industry, building stone, metal ore as the feeding machine. It is not only able to provide constant material feed, but also prevent the undesired such as soils from entering into crusher to increase the processing capacity of crusher.

Working principle
This vibrating feeder adopts an eccentric block to produce centrifugal force which makes the movable parts like screen box and vibrator move continuously in a circle or an approximate circle. The material then vibrates and jumps with the screen box on the tilted screen and then is discharged continuously and equably.
