About CDMC Low Pressure Long Bag Pulse Dust Collector:

1. This product is low pressure pulse dust collector developed tosatisfy large air flow flue gas cleaning

on the basis of pulse injection(JetPulse) dust removal technology.

2. It does not only have the advantages of stronger dust removal capability than back flushing baghouse

precipitator, high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration etc., it also have the

characteristics ofreliability, low gas consumption and small floor areaand it is specially applicable

for handling of large air flow flue gas.

3. JLMC(CDMC) series low pressure long bag pulse dust collector has been widely applied globally, it has

also been popularized and used in large quantity, it has been applied topurification of normal

temperature orhigh temperature dust gasin areas of cement, metallurgy, petrochemical industry,

building material, food, machinery, carbon black, shop inside, waste incineration & kion and recycling of

powdery material.

4.This product has integrated the advantages of two types of dust collectors, i.e., separate anti-draught and

pulsating dust-clearing,it has overcome the shortcomings of insufficient dust clearing strength in separate

anti-draught type and flour dust reattachment of general pulsating dust-clearing type, it can improve the

dust-clearing efficiency and remarkably reduce the injection frequency.

5.This product alsouses submerged type of pulse valve, therefore, it has reduced the jetting gas supply

pressure and equipment energy consumption and prolonged service life of filter bag and pulse valve, the

comprehensive technological performance has been remarkably improved.

Advantageous characteristics:

1. It hasmodern design,it uses lower gas inlet structure, the rough high temperature granules

directly drop to the dust hopper and effectively protects the filter bag.

2. It useslong filter bags and it has smaller floor areain case of equal processing capacity,

therefore it is more convenient for reconstruction of old factories.

3. It usesseparate chamber offfline dust clearingwith high efficiency and few secondary flour dust

attachment, in the meantime, it can effectively reduce the equipment energy consumption, the

fatigue level of filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced and the service life of filter bag

and vane is prolonged by several times and equipement operation cost is remarkably reduced.

4.Theoverhaul and bag replacement can be carried out for separate chambersunder the

condition that system blower and system run normally.

5. Thefilter bag inlet used spring tension structure, it is convenient to disassemble & assemble and it

has good tightness.

6. Thecase uses airtightness designand it carries out leak detecting with oil and reduces air leak to the

maximum extent.

7. The whole set of equipment iscontrolled by PLCto realize automatic dust cleaning, dust removal,

automatic temperature control and over temperature alarm.
