CEG-IE Long Parabolic (Taper) Leaf Spring Rolling Machine is a rolling machine for manufacturing long parabolic leaf spring with fully automatic control by using advanced hydraulic servo-system and computer control system. This rolling machine is designed for the particular purpose of parabolic leaf spring manufacturing based on the research and analysis of technologies of existing rolling machines in domestic and international markets.

The Main Characteristics of this machine include:

• cast steel frame with increased rigidity (4.8 :1.0 compared with German similar product);
• increased bending resistance and stiffness by reducing roll support span (390 mm compared with 630 mm of British Hille rolling mill);
• high speed hydraulic servo-response by significantly reducing servo-drive mass ( 420 compared with 3550 for Hill rolling mill)
• automatic loading and feeding facilities significantly improves productivity by accurately feeding plate.
• full computer control providing self-fault-detection and overloading protection.
• The closed-loop servo control model accounts all main factors affecting the thickness, ensuring the rolling accuracy.
• leaf shape curves being able to be input into the computer, making it possible to have up to 10 forming segments with different curves including straight lines and any parabolas.
