KRMT mixing equipment

1.pressure of the jacket: 0.3Mpa, the structure: up and down elliptical sealing head, all sealed with three legs for support.

2.All the parts in contact with material are made by SS316L.thickness of inner wall: 8mm, the inner wall is polished up to 180# sanitary level.

3..jacket materials is made of SS304. The model of jacket is all jackets. Steam or cold water can be accessed in the diversion channel.

4..The thermal insulation adopts mineral wool.

5.The external covering adopts SS 304 with thickness of 2mm.External laminating to avoid scratching and damage during manufacturing and transportation. All external welds polished, and the internal surface of the tank is mirror polished after being grinded.

6.Mixing speed 10-60r/min (variable frequency speed).

Motor power 1.5KW.

All motors are covered by stainless steel.

7.Top sealing head attached:

material inlet, manhole,sight glass with scraper, sight light ,2 CIP cleaning balls, dustproof and aseptic air breather,2 backup holes.

8.Body of bottom attached:

Steam inlet with pneumatic valve, safety valve, pressure gauge, steam filter.

Water outlet with pneumatic valve, heating or chilling is controlled by temperature controller.

9.Bottom attached: water inlet with pneumatic valve, chilling water outlet valve, pressure lever guage, material outlet, temperature sensor.

10.All valves contacting with material adopts SS316L.
