LBLX-300 Centrifugal Granulating and Coating Machine

Introduction

This machine combines three basic functions with: seed beading, granulating, coating.

It is composed of rack, host, control cabinet, powder feeder, solution sprayer device, blasting heating device, air compressed system and ventilation device.

1. Host: It is the main operating cavity, which can realize seed beading, granulating and coating.

2. Control Cabinet: It installed with the main control component.

3. Powder Feeder: Evenly supply powder when granulating process, adjust the speed to meet different powder supply requirements.

4. Solution Sprayer: Supply slurry by gun, make the slurry evenly become automized type. The start and stop of gun is controlled by the air compressed, which have an important role at seed beading, granulating and coating.

5. Blasting Heating Device: The air fed to the working chamber and form into line rife curtain via annular gap, which can avoid powder leakage to the next cylinder and drying at the same time; supply hot air for drying during coating process, remove the particles moisture and exhaust, accelerate the coating speed.

6. Compressed Air System: It is the important force to provide atomization function.

7. Ventilation Device: Remove the exhaust gas that generated in the process of the granulating and coating from working chamber. Increase the velocity of circulation in the coating will accelerate the coating speed.
