1.A brief introduction for module asphalt mixing equipment of LB series

The original simple module design for the mixing container makes the transportation and assembling work easier and separates the flotsam from the usable stuff.

2.The feeding machine of material distributor has a loop strap whose speed and height are adjustable to make the feeding of raw material smoothly and save the power. Besides, there is an alarm equipped to remind the operator when the machine runs out of raw material.

3.Efficient and heat-preserving dry cylinder and the special form of vanes and material shade make the heat fully exchanged. T he excellent power-saving burning devices saves a lot of power.

4.The vibrating griddle adopts a beeline and fully closed structure, outside which is the vibrator. The griddle is highly efficient and easy to be maintained and with easily changeable mesh and reliable axletree.

5.A continuous localizer is equipped in the hot aggregate container to show everything clearly to the operator. The bone –material is measured twice at the 2 doors, thus the precision is improved largely. The material door with special structure will not be plugged up.

6.Mixer made by European design and technology is equipped with double reduction motors of high speed synchronization. Weighing asphalt can pour into mixing kettle through pump, and powder material disperses spirally in the mixing kettle to facilitate even and speedy mixing. It preserve wood fiber adding mouth and used material regeneration inlet.

7.Dust-removing system adopts imported Snooker bag to ensure dust concentration discharged into the air less than 50mg/Nm3, fully satisfying state environmental protection requirements. Dust blown down will collection tank for reuse to avoid second pollution.

8.Control system adopts SIEMENS integrate solutions, a most advanced industrial computer backup, dynamic display and no button. All operations can be achieved by mouse.

It has real time fault monitoring control with functions like parameter setting, data management and fault diagnosis. It gauges precisely and can make automatic, semi-automatic and manual control with stable, reliable performance.
