Carriage Chain

VISION eco solvent printer adopts the industrial-grade quality carriage chain with stable alloy structure. No deformation, no wearing even after a long-run. It can ensure the high precision and smooth moving of the printhead carriage, which can ensure the high resolution printing output.

Main Structure Holder

The whole structure holder is made of the alloy and cast steel. The heavy body can keep the machine stable without any shake during the machine works. And the stable structure is fixed with high intensity, precision and stability, which can ensure the long life time the machine.

Transmission System

The whole transmission system in the ecosolvent printerhas already been tested for several times before leaving the factory, ensuring the high motion precision and intensity. All the belt, gear and driving wheels are imported from Japan, high quality, no wearing even after a long-run.

Cap top

The Captop is specially used for Epson DX5 print head, which is made from alloy by precision mould with compact structure. It can keep the print head wet and clean very well so as to extend the lifetime of print head.

Printhead Carriage
