1.General application:

DZB Fluid-bed Granulator/Coater is multi-function equipment integrated spray drying-granulating- -fluid coating-drying in one body. The machine combined various process operations. Particularly it is suitable for granulating, pelleting and coating of various varieties in pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry and chemical industry etc.

2.Main performance and characteristic

1) PLC Control ,Human-computer interface and english on screen display operation importability for formula parameter, automatic working,easy operation and steady.

2) Top filter chamber is consist of left chamber and right chamber, with air-flap valve, remove dust alternately, reach a high-efficiency and continous effect for removing dust . Thus can avoid bad flow and leak of spray nozzle.

3) Cordwood design: this kind machine reach different production process by changing different trolley, so it’s easy for operation, and reach one machine with different fuctions.

4) With strict interlocking function,avoid misoperation.

5) The structure of machine is airtight round structure, to avoid dead angle, easy to clean, no cross contamination, reach GMP standard.

3.Structure Introduction:

The machine consist of air filter, heater, granulator trolley, coater trolley, separate chamber, filter chamber, exhaust-air pipe, exhaust fan, silencer, and control cabinet stc.

1) Main machine

Consist of bottom inlet-air chamber, granulator trolley, coating trolley, separate chamber and fiter chamber.

2) Air filter

It is made of primary and middle filter and HEPA., insure reach 300000 degree purification

3) Air heater

Inlet-air temperature fluctuation range is ±2°C ensure stable performance, especially for granulating, coating operation.

4) Feed liquid system

Peristaltic pump suck the binder into spray nozzle, stable temperature can decrease theviscosity of biner, thus improve the efficiency for coating.

5) Cordwood design

The main characteristic for DZB is itsinterchangeable trolley design. Except the trolley, other parts all communal parts. So it’s specially suit for develop new medicine, and Variety production.
