Three major parts:Head motion, Deck and support device.

Head Motion:

We have three styles of Head motions:6-S Head motion, Yunxi Head motion and LY Head motion. They are made from cast iron machining. They are Easy installation and maintenance, Simple operation.

Deck:

We have three styles of deck depend on the different particle size of raw ore. Coarse Ore Deck, Fine Sand Deck and Slime Deck. The decks are constructed of steel framework and covered fiberglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, Corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition.

Support device:

We have three supporting device types: Tradition type, groove steel support and big channel steel support, The groove support and. Big channel steel support are easy to installation and move.

Feed and Water Box:

For Concentrator Shaking Table: A wooden feeddistributing box with hopper

and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck,giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
