1. Introduction

a.Advanced control : Centralized Siemens PLC control system combined with Touch screen perfect all the control function, each key point is equipped sensor.

b.High efficiency: Main drive adopts SEW gearmotor, engineering plastic net chain is macromolecule ,self-lubricate and low abrasion.and full automatic centralized lubrication system .all these easure the stable running ,low noise and high efficiency.

c.Easy operation: This machine is full automatic equipped with convertor and servo controller to adjust the running speed, keep the proper step with the production line.

d.Reliable hot melt gluing system is from Nordson ,easy to operate ,long line. Glue sealed carton is beautiful ,firm.

e.Reasonable structure: products are seperated to required lanes by the lane separate mounted on the product infeed conveyor. certain number of bottles will be collected as a group , then drop onto the cardboard by the dropping system. there`s some foldlocks mounted on the chain ,which help to form the carton and push the loaded to semi-formed the carton forward to next station. Top and side flaps will be folded through guide rails ,after sprayed glue , loaded carton will be pressed to close through cylinder mounted on the sides an top. The finished carton will be sent out to the discharge conveyor.
