KZF-01 wrap around case packer

It has the characteristics of high automation degree, easy-operation and high application, which is widely used in automatic carton packing filed. It suits for chemical and food industry etc to pack products into carton automatically, such as glass can, pop can, plastic bucket, paper box,plastic sealed soft package and so on.

It has the simple structure, convenient adjustment, and human-machine interface setting & operation etc. Only 30min required to finish adjusting once confirm products’ size, organize form and cardboard’s size.

l Packing Process: Divided into bottle conveying, bottle separating, cardboard feeding, bottle in Carton, gluing, carton forming, output.

l Packing Speed: 8-10carton/min

l Organize form: 2x3,3x4,4x6 etc even number; can set 5 pcs odd number; 1-2 layer packing is available.

l Carton mode: die-cutting cardboard and forming carton

l Sealing mode: Folded carton sealing, carton forming and side sealing.

Machine structure and function principle

Packing Mode: Full wrap or carton forming side sealing

Feeding, Separating, Organizing, Collecting:

Dividing the single row products into required packing rows, then entering into organizing and collecting area, make them to required lists through separating device and push them into carton.

Cardboard Convey and Forming:

Robot arm with suction head withdraw the cardboard from its warehouse one by one, and put it between the conveying guide tracks to fold “U” shape. Grouped bottles are pushed into carton from side, cardboard wrap around them from up to bottom. The inner wing is sprayed with glue after closing, while the out wing is closed tightly by pneumatic device. Lastly, the slim top wing is closed by top platen, and formed carton will be sent out through chain drived by main axis.

Control System: Complete PLC Control

All the jobs are inspected by inductor with self-

checking function. Any error founded, machine stop running, alarming light is on and error code is displayed on operation screen.

All electric and pneumatic control matches related international standard. (CE standard)

Material and Configuration:

Machine adopts SUS, chromeplated steel and strong corrosion resistance aluminum alloy etc; good quality of surface painting, good corrosion protection of the whole machine.

Safety cover: Fully wrapped which is composed of color frame and Perspex, safety m switch on door.

Bottle feeding frame, lubricated water connecting plate, cardboard conveying system is SUS material.

With integrate safety device which is reliable and complied to safety standard.

Safety Protection:

Each action has over loading protection, auto stop running when error finds; Auto alarming and shut down when bottle lacking, carton lacking, carton blocking and dislocation etc.

Fully sealed safety protection cover, complied with safety standard.

Safety door adopts PC transparent plate, easy operation and beautiful outlook.

Electric parts are anti-water with IP54.

Hot-melt glue carton sealing:

Carton sealing is using hot melt glue spraying head mounted on high-speed rotated equipment to put glue on carton lid, the glue will be concreted and seal the carton through short time pressing.
