valve, oil and water filter and lubricator to improve the service life of the products.

3. The chuck’s reversing valve should choose the median relief type three position five-

way double pneumatic valve, it rotates in the relief pressure condition only.

Features

Pneumatic front-end chucks are composed of chuck and cylinder. Usually, a chuck is equipped

on both the front-end and after-end of the machine tool to work together. The chucks are

suitable for welding equipment and pipe processing machine, the long bar stock can be

processed by chuck’s through hole. It is the most appropriate accessory to process long

material parts.

Work Principle

Compress air enter into distribution ring through the check valve to the cylinder chamber by the

hole on the cylinder. Pull piston to make jaws clamp work pieces. Then shut off the power of

reversing valve. In the pressurerelief state, air pressure in the cylinder is sealed up through

check valve, and stay stable, then the seal ring on the distribution ring loosen, and don’t touch

thecylinder, then it’s the time to start the machine.

Note

The chucks’ loosening and clamp must do when the machine tool spindle stop rotating, because

the two tailor-made seal rings on the distribution ring clamping the cylinder when the ventilation

loosen and clamping.
