Working Principles;

JZC series Hierarchical impact mill uses the hammer, blades and rods etc on the rotary body of high-speed rotation to make impact on the crushed material. It achieves the purpose of ultrafine grinding on materials by the intense impact of the materials with the rotary body, highspeed impact among the high-speed flight material and shear grinding between rotary body and stator or the wall.

1;The grinder is suitable for soft materials with Moh's hardness below 7.

2;Particle size is finer than that of materials grinded by a traditional mechanical grinder, and high-speed mechanical impact grinder with a built-in efficient turbine classifier can discharge the qualified fine powders out after pulverized to avoid over pulverization. Products with abrupt particle size distribution curve can be produced, and the product fineness can be adjusted among the range of d97=10~74µm.

3;Pulverizing chamber is equipped with automatic deslagging device, so as to remove grains and impurities hard to grind from materials
automatically.

4;The united materials can be scattered and dispersed.

5.All-closed operation under negative pressure can dispense of dust pollution.
