Screw Compressor Unit

Product Characteristics:

JZBLG screw compressor unit is an intelligent refrigerating unit which is formed by one single semi-hermetic compressor or connecting a plurality of semi-hermetic compressors in parallel, wherein the compressors share high-voltage system, low-voltage system and oil system. According to the actual need of the customers, evaporating temperature of +12.5~-50°C can be provided. The unit adopts the control of PLC programmable controller or singlechip and is able to realize automatic safety protection of default phase, overvoltage, oil pressure, high voltage, low voltage and electronic type motor overload. PCL control realizes the automatic balance running time of the compressor to prolong the service life of the compressor. PLC also controls the parallel running of the compressors, ensures dynamic and automatic matching with cold load, so that the unit always runs stably with high efficiency and the technical aim is fulfilled. The unit can be widely applied to various industries such as food processing, quick-freezing, refrigeration, fresh keeping of fruits and vegetables, chemical industry, pharmacy, military industry and scientific research.

Screw Compressor Unit

High-temperature Type:Evaporating temperature of 12.5°C~-10, and the nominal power of compressor motor is from 60HP to 600HP.

Intermediate-temperature Type:Evaporating temperature of -15°C~-30°C, and the nominal power of compressor motor is from 50HP to 540HP.

Low-temperature Type:Evaporating temperature of -35°C~-45°C, and the nominal power of compressor motor is from 50HP to 540HP.
