JZ 6th generation pyrolysis machine scrap tires/plastic recycling with CE

Working process:

(1) Firstly, make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min, put raw material into reactor, close feeding door.

(2) secondly, burned the fuel material(coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the furnace. Reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reach around 180 oC, oil gas will come out .then go to cooling systems and liquid to oil.

(3) thirdly, Some oil gas which can't cooling down will get back to furnace through a gas pipe. It will be used to heat reactor.This can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours mainly use gas, little energy is ok.

(4) After pyrolysis, all the oil gas come out from reactor, the temperature will fall down. Then make it rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begin.

(5) Lastly,when the temperature deduce to 80 oC, worker can open the door of reactor and take steel wire out.

Then u can start the next batch.

1, Pyrolysis cracking system

First , feed raw material . Through it we put raw materials into reactor . Raw materials could be some waste plastic , waste tires , waste rubbers .then close the door . heat up reactor .

Reactor:Using Q245R/345R boiler steel and the thickness is between 14mm and 18mm.(The thickness would be adjusted according the requirements of the customers). The main engine uses horizontal-type of 360ostructure-0.4 r/min

2, Depositing system

When raw materials cracking in the reactor , high temperature can change them from solid to liquid , then to gas. We call it oil gas. They all through water jet flue pipe into the double catalyst chamber. heavy things down to the bottom of the tank itself , and light oil gas rise up itself , then through pipe into the oil water separator.

3, Cooling system

There are five cooling systems processing. The first is water jet flue pipe, the second is oil water separator, the third is two big horizontal condensers, the next is two small horizontal condensers, and the last is wind condenser.

All these cooling systems are to make oil gas into oil and increase the oil rate.

Condensation area is very large and condensation time is long .

4, Waste gas recycle system

We plan a excellent recycle order for waste gas .

Waste gas recycle system also named water seal . The function is for safe . We have valves on it . Usually , we use one pipe to connect water seal and furnace . Then waste gas can combustion as fuel .

It can help saving much wood coal and charcoal .

5, De-dusting system

there must to be some smoke produce when we use wood or coal to heat up the reactor . Smoke often involve sulfur , dust and water .

Our engineer devices some special machines to safeguard environment . Like desulfurization de-duster , water film cyclone First , desulfurization de-duster . we can notice some connection pipes on the top of insulation layer .

Smoke through the pipes into it . Because of some special design and gravity , sulfur can be take away , and dust can down to the bottom of tank .

Second , water film cyclone . we use draft fan to help the clear smoke out of the chimney . It is very environmental .

6,Carbon black slagging system

When we use tires or plastics to refine oil , carbon black are produced . How could we get out of carbon black ?

Do not worry about that . there are built-in spiral plate in reactor . Carbon black will come into the door by spiral plate when reactor is rotating.

The terms of payment:

2).70% after receiving the copy of Bill of lading from the seller by T/T.
