General tention of the weft is tested via the tension sensor.BY CPU processing,because of the hatch open or looseness,or diameter variation of the warp shaft leading to the changing tension of weft,controlling the servo device feeding warp precisely,and keeping balanced tension during fabric process,deleting the exiguous and dense shift when starting the machine,so as to guarantee the fabic equal and smooth.

Adopt high rigidity double back beam and the inner shape of oil-bath positive weft feeding running shaft can meet the weaving demand of high dense fabric more sensitively.

Ensure the complete lubricate cycle system
