Main Feature:

JRATF-7F any terry hosiery machine is a full automatic multifunctional knitter with single cylinder. Using two feeders, it can weave socks of all kinds of patterns.

• Designing programming is transferred to the knitter by pattern analyzer with USB interface.
• The machine has two kinds of memory functions for patterns.
• The ceramic exciter is controlled through a full electronic control system and WAC data system by A/C servo motor. Independent knitting needle drive drum.
• The first feed has four yarn feeders connecting with six selected group. The second feed can connect with six selected group or not, while it has 1 yarn feeder and related selected group. Of the six selected group, each one correspond with 8 selectors, which adapt to select needle work at any part of socks.
• There are 11 pattern colors with 3 or 4 colors including 2 base colors in the same course in the second system.
• Stitch & size are controlled automatically by controlled
