Features:

Jinheng WD-8F single-cylinder jacquard hosiery machine is fully computer controlled. Lots colors of socks with different patterns are available. It can knit all kinds of socks, stockings, pantyhose, terry sports socks, hair band, wrist pad, hairlace etc.

1 Drumless fully electronic control system, cylinder is driven by brushless motor.

2 UPS non power off system. If unexpected power off, the machine can memory the current weaving position for continue weaving.

3 Internally install a 3.5 disk driver or USB disk, for easier data reading and storage.

4 Advanced high speed ceramic needle selector or electromagnetic needle selector.

5 Technique of double stitch and double pressing of needle bring the higher productivity and better quality.

6 Multi-color are available, 2 essential color and 6 jacquard color (16 colors).

7 Gas dynamic yarn system.

8 Elastic band is controlled by stepping motor, can knit different sizes legs of socks.

9 Auto-lubricate system use computerized oil spray.

10 Large LCD Chinese or English display make the operator to easily track the knitting condition including error message, working step, production quantity, running speed make the operation easier.

11 To setup or modify the stitch size, running speed, length, size, quantity, pattern, working step by the computer system.

12 Large memory capacity, can store many kinds of patterns and different sizes.

13 Complete breakdown detection system and auto-protection system.
