JG—03 Multipurpose Metal Craft Tool

JG—03 is a manual multipurpose Metal Craft Tool. It has separate functions as bellow: JG-03-I—punching and shearing; JG-03-II­—angle-bending, circling, riveting; JG-03-III—twisting JG-03-IV— scrolling; JG-03-V—various scrolling. All different pars are composed of 13 pieces tool. They can not only accomplish every processing procedures, but also individually use.

JG-03-I Punching & Shearing Tool

The manual tool has some functions including punching and shearing. Punching diameter is Φ5mm. The max punching thickness is 5mm.

JG-03-II­ Angle-bending & Circling Tool

The manual tool has some functions including angle-bending, circling, riveting. Processing material includes flat steel, square steel, round steel. Firstly, use JG-03-I to punch for flat steel, and then two workpieces are riveted and compacted together.

JG-03-III Twisting Tool

The manual tool has possesstwisting function. Mount square steel or flat steel onto the tool, and then turn grip clockwise, you can twist the material into spiral shape to furniture on metalcraft parts.

JG-03-IV Scrolling

The manual tool can twist flat steel, square steel and round steel. you can fix material onto scrolling die to get C or S shapes to furniture on metalcraft parts.

JG-03-V Various Scrolling Tool

The manual tool is designed and manufactured according to patterns required from customers. It has totally 9 pieces. It can twist flat steel, square steel and round steel. Only to mount different dies, so that gain various size and designs metalcraft pieces.
