JC-S02----Lamination and slitting machine

Function:

Suitable for kinds of PET, PE, Released paper and labels laminating&slitting&rewinding.

Features:

1.Automatic EPC System for the raw material unwinding. U can choose 2 types pick up for the material: automatic pick up lifter or independent feeder.

2.We equip air shafts for both the unwind and rewind shafts.

That will makes the paper cores firmly in shafts, so that the unloading and loading material is very fast and easy.

3.Digital display tension control system.

4.2 Steps length counter system. The first step for reduce the working speed, the second step for stop the machine steady. That will makes the very accurate rewinding length.

5. Up and down slitting by circular blades.

6.Special design for avert scuffing, to make finished product avoid scratch.

7.Can choose two layers or three layers materials laminating and slitting together.
