Detailed description:

1.Flexible or non-flexible narrow fabric and cloth with jacquard effect of various patterns,characters,symbols and etc.The patterns are controlled by 240 palm fibers and 8(10) shedding frames.

2.This machine adopts new electronic jacquard and compuerized embroidery programming system which is intuitive,shortcut and easy to operate.

3.Electromagnetic valve and its drive boards are in separated,which is easy to maintenance.The electromagnetic valve mold group is sealed with composite materials and only needs small amount of energy,and does not requir maintenance.To achieve the high speed running necessary for manufacturing,two steel bead bearings share the load.Fast connector is used between the bearing and jacquard rope group,as contributes to easy dismantlement.

4.Head transmission belt and bearing are inported from Italy and Japan.And the jacquard rope and palm fibre rubber are originally from Swiss and the quality is guaranteed.The reasonable and precise transmission design ensures high speed running of machine

5.The opening of machine body shedding frame works with head and there are three types of head openings with various width to suit weaving requirements.The design is precise ,and commissioning becomes simple and easy.

6.Electromagnetic valve lifting tool and transmission belt adopt double external mode.The lifting tool and belt are connected in bevel pressing mode,which does not damage the belt and makes more reasonable structure

7.To satisfy market demands and requirements of customers,we have developed a high-speed jacquard for small open fabric.

8.Adopts long-life bearing imported from Japan,with reasonable and exact drive design,assuring the high speed rotation of the machine
