1. Brief introduction of drum wood chipping machine:

Drum wood chipping machine is the specified machinery to produce the wood chips. It is widely used in the shaving board factory, medium or high density fibreboard factory, straw place, biont power

station, wood chips field,etc, meanwhile, it is the preferred device for the production factory to

prepare the stock.

3. Application of drum wood chipping machine:

Its main raw material is small diameter wood, felling wood, process residua(such as branch, wattle, slab, batten, circle wood core, waste veneer,etc. Also can be used to cut non-woodiness raw material(such as sugarcane, reed, moso bamboo,etc).

4. Structure of drum wood chipping machine:

Such machine is mainly made up of body, knife roll, top and bottom feeding roll, belt conveyor and

hydraulic system, etc. Main body adopts high strength welded steel plate which is the supporting

foundation of the whole machine. There are 2 or 3 and 4 pieces fly-cutters in the knife roll.

5. Working principle of drum wood chipping machine:

According to the thickness of the different raw material, top feeding roll can move up and down with

the help of hydraulic system. The qualified final product will be discharged from the sieve and then outof the base, the bigger pieces will be crushed in the machine again.
Hydraulic system: from the oil pump to the cylinder, it can open the shroud in order to change the

knife conveniently; when maintain, it can raise the top feeding roll, so that it is convenient to adjust thegap between the fly-cutters and dead knife as well as the dismounting of pecten.
