5. Installation

1) Spring load

Spring with strengthen treatment which can bear more axial force. Even if the pin is un-used, roller still do not fail off from install hole during working. We have designed the most appropriate axial end length for the different diameter axis core, please do not change at will. If has a special design request, please contact our technical department.

2)Female thread mounting way

Rollers are connected with frame by bolts. Cross ties are not needed, the whole conveyor has better stability. Axial length which decides frame width is the most important dimension in this kind of mounting way. Normally axial length is smaller 0-1mm than frame width. Different shaft Dia match different female thread dimension.

3)Mortise mounting way

Mortise mounting way is used for mine idler normally. The convenient install way, frame punched with corresponding holes, rollers may install and take off from holes directly.

Because the hole must been punched by special-purpose mold, there is certain limitation in versatility. Different axis diameter has different mortise size, please see the table.
