I. Iron Ore beneficiation plant 100 T/H is as follows:
The extracted ore should be crushed by jaw crusher initially.When it gets the reasonable fineness,
it is transported into ball mill by elevating conveyer and feeder, and is milled by ball mill. The subtle milled ore gets the next procedure: classification. There is a theory that if the weights of solid particles are different,the
sedimentations will be different, and the mixed ore can be classifiedby screw classifier. The classified ore
gets into magnetic separator. Since the specific magnetization coefficients of ores are different,
the magnetic substance of mixed ore is separated from others with magnetic and mechanical force.
The mineral matter, which has been separated by magnetic separator
initially, is transported into other magneticmachine by conveyer, and different medicines are added according
to different characteristics of ore, so that the needed ore is separated from others. Since the separated ore
are wet, they should be dewatered by thicker initially, and dried by dryer.
II. Vibrating feedercan feed block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials. Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine ion, building materials, chemicals, etc.
The vibrating feedercan be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of ore bin.

When wet Ball Mill works, certain water and other liquid will be added into materials to increase flowability of materials, so the capacity is increased. When dry Ball Mill works, capacity is affected because material flowability is reduced, so absorbing wind device is needed on the outlet of Ball Mill, and then negative pressure is formed in the Ball Mill to increase flowability of material, so the capacity is increased.

Spiral separator(Screw classifier):Wet Spiral Separators Spiral separators of the wet type, also called spiral concentrators, are devices to separate solid components in a slurry, based upon a combination of the solid particle density as well as the particle's hydrodynamic properties (e.g. drag). The device consists of a tower, around which is wound a sluice, from which slots or channels are placed in the base of the sluice to extract solid particles that have come out of suspension.
