HRF-100 slurry seal paver is the first automatic smart machine with computer-aid touch panel operating system for menu-based operation, easy to use. The machine is manufactured with advanced electricity/emulsion ratio control technology and thus available with integrated and cutting edge control as well as accurate preparation of slurry compound so that the customer will be able to control construction costs correctly with accurate parameters of material consumption.

Main technical features:

Computer touch panel for operation, starting with one key;

Closed loop control, real-time monitoring;

Print-out for cost accounting;

Integrated control implementation system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve;

Fault detection and alarm;

Shutdown under starving (e.g. oil, water and aggregate failure);

Automatic hoisting of fine mineral materials;

Injection of additives under pressure;

Front and rear sprinkling system;

Imported electromagnetic asphalt flowmeter for correct monitoring of flow;

Command of shutdown for cleaning and independent diesel cleaning system;

Operation directly on the laboratory proportion or the formula set by customer, no need to do multiple tests on the site under different construction conditions.
