Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy offer a number of unique benefits that are barely met by its counterparts in the marketplace. In essence, machines are designed to provide cooling solutions for viscous, semi-liquid or liquid food products especially for small-mid size caters whose production throughput can not economically warrant the use of tumble chillers or for those who work heavily with liquid/semi-liquid food products which can not properly handled by blast chillers. Machines are by all means created for those conventional kitchens who seek to enhance the efficiency but have yet deployed the benefits of rapid cooling machines.


NE16 in particular can chill a maximum of 25 liter of liquid food products with higher density and thickness 100°C to 35°C in just one easy step of 12 minutes. The 79 conducting tubes are professionally polish burnished, which not only facilitates heat transfer in an unparalleled speed but prevents food residue attaching to the equipment. Test results from Food Industry Research and Development Institute, an authorized third party institute in Taiwan, shows that the amount of bacteria found in the soup which has been chilled by our machine down to 18 °C is in fact lower than the amount of bacteria found in the boil soup at 95°C. The lower amount of bacteria underlines a more stable food quality and a longer shelf time.
