Industrial water chiller is widely used in Anodized extrusions,hardanodizing,electrophoresis, galvanized, acid copper plating , tin plating ,hard chrome plating, anodic oxidation etc.

1. Acid liquid (Oxidation bath) goes through the evaporator directly, so that the chiller do not need plate heat exchanger, chilled water pump and water tanks. So that the energy loss is minimum.
2. differenceintemperatureof the bath control at±5C.to ensure the balance of the color and quality of the product.
3. This chiller can reduce the electricity cost about 37%. For eg. If you use normal chiller, the output water temperature is 7C, so the evaporator temperature should be 0C. but if you use our directly cooling chiller the outlet acid temperature is 18C, so the evaporator temperature is about 10C, this is show you the chiller save cost clearly.
4. Chiller with heat recovery can provide 55C free hot water.
5. Chiller with winter heat exchange, if the ambient temperature is blow 15C, the compressor of the chiller can stop working, just use the winter heat exchanger, so the electricity cost of unit is zero.
