Working principle

The cleaning cylinder of rotary mineral washing machine is supported by four riding wheels,motor drives reduction gears,gears drive the cleaning cylinder rotates with low speed.The aggregate containing mud pie and mountain flour enter into the rotating drum from the feeding inlet,and were brought up and thrown down continuously by the wear-resistant rubber lining mounted on the cylinder at a certain angle,and were washed by forward and reverse flushing water.The clean aggregate

are discharged after screening and dehydration.The water containing sludge outflow through the

perforated plate at feeding end or discharging end.

It is mainly used for washing ore before beneficiation,improving ore grade for next processing operation.It can be used for placer mine,manganese ore,iron ore,limestone,tungsten,etc.
