Water-Water direct mixing type heat exchange unit is mainly assembled by water mixing tank, circulating pump, backwater booster pump, temperature control device, control meter and control box etc. The heat exchange unit has high heat exchange efficiency, low production cost and outstanding energy-saving effect. The main character is that the primary high-temperature water is mixed directly with secondary low-temperature water in the mixing tank to finish the heat exchange. It use the primary water‘s pressure completely, reduce the power of circulating pump of secondary water to the full.

Structure Features
1.The heat exchange efficiency reaches 100%. Because the high-temperature and low temperature water is mixed completely or partially, the high temperature and low temperature water backwater is operated without temperature difference and thermal resistance brought from fouling, the heat exchange efficiency reaches 100%, is higher than the plate heat exchanger unit and shell & tube heat exchange unit.
2.Outstanding energy-saving effect:
1) Primary high-temperature water enter into the mixing tank with the partial secondary back water to finish the heat exchange, raise the secondary network temperature then enter into the heating water supply system, the other parts of backwater return to the primary high-temperature water system, so as the high-temperature water 's heat exchange temperature difference change to be 70°C from 30°C; under the condition to keep the secondary water 's flow rate unchanged, the primary high-temperature water’s flow rate is dropped to half of origin, under the situation of definite heat exchange quantity, the secondary water ‘s temperature difference raise to be 2 time of origin, the circulating water quantity is drop to be half of origin.
2) Save the cost on the investment of pipe network, under the condition of secondary water quantity unchanged, the primary high-temperature quantity is drop to 50%, the pipe diameter will reduce 20%, the total cost will be reduced 30%.
3) Save the electric power, as 100,000 M2 ‘s heating area for example, the conventional type heat exchange unit need be allocated 45kw pump(Q=45m3/h H=32m P=45KW), the every heating term the cost on electric power will be USD19065 in China, If use the above water-water direct mixing heat exchange unit, it will cost USD12205. Save USD6840.
3.It needs not extra water-softener, save the cost on investment. After the system is operated normally, it need not start the small pump. Because it uses the new technology, the primary high temperature water is directly replenished to the secondary pipe network, save the cost on the electric power and water.
