In-line analysis of cement element

Neutron Activation Cement Element On-line Analyzer is used for every related method of measuring material composition in the process of cement production, especially for raw ingredients and pre-blending stockpile. It not only directly measures bulk materials through the belt, providing composition results without the need to sample, but it also does so through automatic control which improves the product pass rate.

Principle:

Neutron Activation Cement Elements On-line Analysis uses neutron activation prompt γ analysis technology. The instrument determines the composition content of the measured material by analyzing the γ energy spectrum which is emitted by γ rays in the nucleus during de-excitation. Nucleus is in excited condition after capturing neutron, emits corresponding γ ray to nuclide in de-excitation, analyzes γ energy spectrum to obtain component content of the measured material.
